the million tree project
in partnership with roots&shoots, a local NGO, we have engaged in the million tree project. The million tree project allows us to purchase trees in a desertified inner Mongolia forest to offset carbon emissions. Through encouraging friends, partners and guests to purchase trees, we hope to grow our very own URBN forest of 2,000 trees.

green fairs
twice a year, we hold a fair to showcase environmentally-friendly businesses and retailers. It is a day of fun and education, and our way of supporting responsible, conscious consumption.

carbon-neutrality
working with our partners we offset the carbon footprint of our operations. Everything from our employee commutes to our energy consumption is tracked to through our investment into a clean energy project. Thus, URBN hotels have no net effect on the environment.
