Regardless who is doing a better job, Peggy sums it up perfectly:
“In this sense, neither the United States nor China is doing nearly enough if we are to change our planet’s climate trajectory in the next ten years. If one country “loses” the climate battle, we all lose. Here’s to hoping both sides soon win the argument.”
